Sully Storytime 10 am - 11 am. (3-5 yrs.). 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly. 703-437-1794. Stories for preschoolers with a historic touch plus hands-on crafts are likely to create budding historians in your household. Prepaid reservations required. Canceled if inclement weather. $3, tour available at separate cost.

Celtic Tea at Sully Historic Site 2 pm - 4 pm. 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly. 703-437-1794. Lassies and laddies (8 yrs.-adult, all children must be accompanied by an adult), wear your favorite green for a Celtic themed tea at Sully. Mischievous leprechauns may make an appearance on your tour as you partake of green tea and Hibernian delights. Tour and craft included. Limited seating, pre-paid reservations by 3/4. $20.

Springtime Squirrels at Sully Historic Site 11 am - 12 pm. 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly. 703-437-1794. Children, 2-4 years, learn about the white squirrel kept as a pet at Sully by the Lee family more than 200 years ago. Then find out what squirrels do after a long winter. This naturalist-led session includes a story, songs, games and craft. $5.

National Capital Area Cake Show Sponsored by the Virginia chapter of ICES and is formerly of The Mid-Atlantic Cake Show. We are excited about a new location, Burke, Virginia, the new "Interview with the couple" theme format and new requirements for the Wedding Cake Competition! And of course we will have the customary general divisions for cake, cookies, gingerbread, tasting, sugar and chocolate! There is a division for every skill level providing a special opportunity to showcase your own cake decorating skills. Also exciting classes, demonstrations, and cake supply vendors. A portion of the proceeds will go to support our charity partners Shelter House Inc and Kristie's Christmas. Don't miss the Live Cake Challenge with Norm Davis as seen on the FOOD NETWORK! Easter Egg Hunt at Sully Historic Site 1 pm - 3 pm. 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly. 703-437-1794. Children, 3-7 years, bring your baskets and hunt for filled Easter eggs in Sully’s fields. Find the special egg and claim your prize. Then participate in an egg roll as children may have done at the Capitol during the presidency of James Madison. Visit baby animals, create an Easter craft to take home and indulge in yummy treats. Eggs provided at the site. Egg hunts at 1:30 and 2:30pm. Reservations required. Rain date: 4/4. $5/child.
